Shipping policy

Third-party fulfilment
We work with a network of third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our suppliers rather than from our own premises. As a result, products within the same order may occasionally arrive separately and the dispatch location may vary between products.

Your purchase remains a contract with Lustaria. We remain responsible for your order, customer service, returns and your statutory consumer rights regardless of which fulfilment partner dispatches the product.
